Section I. General provisions
1. These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern the use of the website https://adcore.ua (the Site), its online tools and the application the Company uses to work with Google services.
2. The Site is owned by ADKOR LLC, EDRPOU code 39414662, 21 Sichovykh Striltsiv St., Kyiv, Ukraine (the Company).
3. By using the Site the visitor confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to them. A visitor who does not agree with the Terms must stop using the Site.
4. The processing of personal data is described separately in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Section II. Use of the Site
1. All materials on the Site — texts, images, graphics, source code, the name and the logo — belong to the Company unless stated otherwise.
2. Visitors may view the materials, quote them with a mandatory reference to the source and use them for personal non-commercial purposes.
3. It is prohibited to copy the Site or its parts in order to build a similar resource, to present the materials as one's own, to interfere with the operation of the Site, or to collect data automatically in a way that creates excessive load.
4. The Company may change the composition and content of the Site at any time and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance.
Section III. Services
1. Information about services on the Site is for reference only and does not constitute a public offer.
2. The terms of a particular engagement — scope, deadlines, price and payment schedule — are set out in a separate agreement between the Company and the client.
3. A request sent through a form on the Site creates no obligations for either party until an agreement is signed.
Section IV. Online tools
1. The online tools in the /tools section are provided free of charge, without registration and on an as-is basis.
2. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the tools or the accuracy of the result in every individual case, and is not responsible for decisions taken on the basis of those results.
3. Data entered into the tools is processed to produce the result and is not used for any other purpose.
Section V. The application and access to Google services
1. The Company operates its own application that accesses the Google Business Profile API under the business.manage scope. The application is used to manage the business profiles of the Company's clients.
2. Access is granted by the user through Google's standard consent screen and only to the profiles that the user manages. The Company does not ask for passwords and has no access to the Google account beyond the granted scope.
3. The user may revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Once revoked, the Company deletes the stored tokens.
4. How the received data is handled is described in Section VII of the Privacy Policy.
Section VI. Liability
1. The Site and its materials are provided as is. The Company makes reasonable efforts to keep the information current but does not guarantee that it is complete for the reader's particular situation.
2. The Company is not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, except where such liability is imposed by law.
3. The Site may contain links to third-party resources. The Company does not control their content and is not responsible for it.
Section VII. Changes to the Terms
1. The Company may amend these Terms. The version published on this page is the one in force.
2. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new version.
Section VIII. Governing law and contacts
1. These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved at the Company's location unless the law provides otherwise.
