Design and creativity

A creative digital agency: UX/UI website design, branding and advertising creatives. Design that works for enquiries, not just decoration.

Design services we cover

An in-house design team: from research and prototype to final assets for development and advertising. We do not outsource, so timing and revisions stay under our control.

UX/UI website design

Structure, prototype and visuals built around a specific user scenario. We design so the path to an enquiry is short and obvious.

PrototypesResponsiveDesign system

Branding and identity

Logo, palette, typefaces, usage rules and a brand book. An identity that works equally well on the site, in ads and in print.

Advertising creatives

Banners, static assets and video for Google, Meta and TikTok. Produced in series to test hypotheses rather than one layout per campaign.

E-commerce design

Catalogue, filters, product page and checkout. We work through the steps where buyers most often drop off.

Design system

A component library with states and rules. New pages go together faster and the site does not drift visually over time.

Presentations and print

Sales decks, investor presentations, POS materials and outdoor advertising in one brand style.

Our clients’ results

We build long-term partnerships — and the numbers speak for themselves: our average client relationship lasts 5 years, and our partners' financial results grow quarter after quarter.

Reviews

We build long-term partnerships — and the numbers speak for themselves: our average client relationship lasts 5 years, and our partners' financial results grow quarter after quarter.

How we work

We approve in stages, justify decisions and hand over source files. Revisions within a stage are included — we do not bill each comment separately.

Every decision is argued

For each screen we can explain why elements sit where they do: user scenario, analytics data, development constraints. Taste is the last argument, not the first.

Revisions within a stage are included

We do not count each comment separately. Only returning to an already approved stage is billed — which is exactly why we approve step by step.

Design outlives the release

You get a system of components with rules, not a folder of pictures. A year later the site still holds together when other people build new pages.

Why design works better alongside advertising

When design and traffic sit with different contractors, nobody owns the result: one side blames the layout, the other blames the traffic. At Adcore design, advertising and analytics share one team, so hypotheses are tested against real campaign data.

01

Design and traffic in one team

When one agency draws the layouts and another runs the ads, nobody owns the outcome. Our designers sit next to the people launching campaigns, so hypotheses are tested on real data.

02

You keep the source files

After the project we hand over Figma files, the design system and every export. Any team can continue the work — you are not tied to us technically.

03

Stage-by-stage approval

Structure, prototype and concept are approved separately. You see the direction before every page is drawn, and changes cost less.

How we run a design project

The sequence is fixed: each stage builds on an approved previous one. That removes the endless round of late-stage revisions.

01

Brief and research

We unpack the business task, the audience and the competition, and review existing analytics where available: where users leave the page.

02

Structure and prototype

We build page logic and a greyscale prototype, and get it approved while changes are still cheap.

03

Visual concept

We present the direction on a key screen: typography, colour, composition. Once approved, we design the remaining pages.

04

Assets and handover

We prepare responsive layouts, the design system and developer specifications, and stay available during the build.

Frequently asked questions about design

The questions that come up most often at a first meeting.

01

How much does website design cost?

It depends on the number of unique pages and whether prototyping and a design system are needed. After the brief we give a fixed price and timeline in the contract, not an open range.

02

Do you work on design only, without development?

Yes. We hand over layouts, the design system and specifications, so your team or another contractor can build it without us. We can also supervise the build if needed.

03

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Revisions within the current stage are included. Returning to an already approved stage is quoted separately — which is why we approve step by step.

04

Do we get the source files?

Yes. On completion you receive Figma sources and all exports. The files stay with you, not with the agency.

05

Can you refresh the design without rebuilding the site?

Often yes. Reworking key screens, typography and components while keeping the existing structure and markup is faster and cheaper than a full redesign.

06

How do you know the design worked?

By user behaviour after launch: scroll depth, reach of the form, conversion into an enquiry. That is why we recommend setting up analytics before release, not after.

07

Do you make creatives for a specific campaign?

Yes, that is a separate format. We prepare a series of assets for the campaign hypotheses and refine the winners after testing.

08

Does a small business need a brand book?

If other people also produce your materials, yes. A brand book saves time explaining things to contractors and keeps the style from falling apart.

Website design, branding and advertising creatives

Design and creative at Adcore: from interface to ad banner

Adcore is a full-cycle creative digital agency based in Kyiv. We treat design not as a standalone «make it pretty» service but as part of a marketing system: the interface has to lead the user to an enquiry, the banner has to survive competition in the feed, the identity has to be recognisable across every channel. Our design team has been in-house since 2014 and the agency has completed more than 600 projects.

UX/UI design for websites and apps

We start with the task, not the mockup: who the user is, what path they take, where they drop off. Then comes page structure, a prototype, and only after that the visual layer. This order saves budget — rebuilding a prototype costs far less than reworking finished markup.

  • competitor and user-scenario analysis;
  • page structure and prototypes;
  • design system: components, states, grids, typography;
  • responsive layouts for mobile, tablet and desktop;
  • handover to developers with specifications and source files.

Branding and visual identity

Logo, palette, type pairings, usage rules, templates for documents and social media. The result is a brand book any new contractor can follow to produce work in your style without extra briefing.

Advertising creatives

Banners, video and static assets for Google, Meta, TikTok and display networks. We produce them in series to test hypotheses: several messages, several visual approaches — then we keep what wins on the numbers rather than on taste.

Conversion-driven design versus decoration

The difference is not aesthetics — it is the criterion for accepting the work.

Who it suits

  • companies launching a new product and needing an identity from scratch;
  • businesses whose website attracts traffic but not enquiries;
  • marketing teams that need a steady flow of creatives for continuous testing;
  • developers, manufacturers and retail chains, where design works across several channels at once.

Who we have worked with

Agency projects include Hyundai, Heineken, Kärcher, CLAAS, Hilti, PepsiCo, Silpo and Materia Medica, as well as residential developments and clinic networks. The portfolio, with tasks and results, is in our case studies section.

How long design takes

A logo and basic identity — from two weeks. Design for a mid-sized website — four to eight weeks including prototyping. A series of advertising creatives — from a few days. Exact timing is fixed in the contract after the brief and depends on the number of pages and revision rounds.
