How we work with a clinic

Order matters: local visibility and call tracking first, then content and advertising.

Google Maps and local search

A complete listing with categories, photographs, hours and replies to reviews. For most clinics this is the cheapest source of enquiries.

A specialist page with qualifications, experience and areas of practice. Patients often search a name rather than a clinic.

Our clients’ results

We build long-term partnerships — and the numbers speak for themselves: our average client relationship lasts 5 years, and our partners' financial results grow quarter after quarter.

How we work

We do not use fear and we do not promise treatment outcomes. In healthcare that is both unlawful and corrosive to the trust a clinic is chosen on.

Wording agreed with the clinic

Anything touching methods or indications is checked by your doctor. We answer for the channel, not for medical content.

Real photographs, real people

Stock images of doctors in white coats do not work: a patient is going to see a particular person and wants to see that person.

Enquiry handling first

If calls are being lost we say so before advertising starts, not after three months of budget.

Request a consultation or audit

Why healthcare does not start with advertising

A clinic with an unfinished Google Maps listing and no call tracking loses enquiries it has already paid for through rent and salaries. Advertising on that foundation simply increases the number of lost contacts. The first two or three months usually deliver more through local visibility than through budget.

01

Calls become visible

Without call tracking medical advertising looks unprofitable: few form submissions, because people phone. We set up tracking before campaigns start.

02

The listing as a channel of its own

We put Google Maps in order: categories, services, photographs, hours, replies to reviews. It brings enquiries without paying per click.

03

Looking past the booking

We count attended appointments, not enquiries. The gap between those two numbers is often the real problem.

How we start

The first two steps need no advertising budget — and often deliver more than it does.

01

Audit of visibility and enquiries

We review the map listing, rankings by service and how calls are handled. The largest loss is usually right there.

02

The local foundation

We put the listing, categories, photographs and reviews in order and connect call tracking.

03

Content and pages

We build service and doctor pages around what patients actually search for rather than internal naming.

04

Advertising and scaling

Campaigns run where demand already exists, and we track how many bookings become attended appointments.

Frequently asked questions about clinic marketing

The questions that come up most often at a first meeting.

01

Where do we start on a small budget?

With the Google Maps listing and call tracking. Neither needs an advertising budget, and for most clinics they produce the most noticeable rise in enquiries.

02

Can medical services be advertised on Google?

Most can, with restrictions: no guaranteed outcomes, no exploitation of fear, careful wording. Some specialities require additional verification.

03

Why doctor pages if we have a clinic page?

Patients search names. A specialist page captures that traffic and serves as proof of qualification in a way a clinic page cannot.

04

What should we do about negative reviews?

Reply publicly and to the point. A clinic without a single negative review raises more suspicion than one that answers complaints.

05

How long until results?

Local visibility and the listing take effect within weeks. Ranking service pages takes three to four months, depending on competition in the city.

06

Do you write the medical copy yourselves?

We prepare the structure and a draft, but the factual part has to be checked by your doctor. Publishing treatment content without that check is not acceptable.

07

We have several branches. Is that harder?

Yes — each branch needs its own listing and its own local work. On the other hand, competition for district-level queries is usually lower than city-wide.

08

Do you guarantee a number of patients?

No. We control neither the doctors' schedule, nor the receptionists' work, nor seasonality. We fix the scope of work and transparent measurement.

Marketing for clinics and medical centres

Marketing for clinics: patients search nearby and fast

Decisions in healthcare are made unlike almost any other sector. Someone in acute pain does not compare ten clinics — they open a map, check the distance, the rating and the opening hours, and call the first that looks acceptable. In planned treatment the opposite happens: the choice takes weeks, the person reads about the method, looks for a specific doctor and checks reviews. A single clinic has to serve both modes at once.

Google Maps matters more than the website

For a query with local intent the map appears above the organic results. A complete listing with photographs, services, opening hours and replies to reviews often brings more enquiries than the first page of the site. And because the listing is maintained by a receptionist rather than a contractor, it is usually neglected.

The doctor as the entry point

Patients search a doctor's name more often than a clinic's. A specialist page with qualifications, experience, areas of practice and genuine photographs works as a landing page in its own right: people arrive there from search, from recommendations and from reviews.

What to measure in healthcare marketing

MetricWhy this one
Calls rather than formsmost clinics are booked by voice, and without call tracking advertising looks useless
Attendance ratebooking and attending are different events; the gap between them is usually the problem
Cost per new patientcounting cost per enquiry while ignoring no-shows is self-deception
Repeat visitsin healthcare the money is mostly in return visits, not the first one

Restrictions worth knowing in advance

Advertising for medical services is moderated more strictly than ordinary campaigns: you cannot guarantee a treatment outcome, use fear as a motive, or show before-and-after images in some formats. Certain specialities require licence details in the material. Wording is best agreed before launch rather than after a campaign is pulled.

When advertising will not help

If nobody answers the phone outside working hours and booking is only possible by voice on weekdays until six, more traffic simply raises the number of missed calls. Before investing in channels it is worth listening to how existing enquiries are handled.
