What paid social management includes

From strategy and creatives to reporting on cost per enquiry. The ad accounts stay yours.

Instagram and Facebook

Feed, Stories, Reels and lead forms. Interest, lookalike and customer-list audiences, split by funnel stage.

InstagramFacebookLookalike

TikTok

Short video matched to the context of the feed and a high tempo of testing. A format where creative outweighs settings.

TikTokVideoTesting

Retargeting

Audiences by depth of interest: page view, abandoned cart, profile engagement. Different messages and bids for each.

Creatives in series

Several messages and visual approaches per campaign. Designers are in-house, so the next batch waits for no contractor.

CreativesA/B

Lead forms

For sectors where the website is longer than a conversation. The enquiry is captured inside the network and goes straight to your CRM.

Analytics and reporting

On-site events, CRM integration and a report on cost per enquiry and per deal by campaign.

Our clients’ results

We build long-term partnerships — and the numbers speak for themselves: our average client relationship lasts 5 years, and our partners' financial results grow quarter after quarter.

How we work

We do not mix different audiences and messages in one campaign — otherwise there is no way to tell what worked.

Creative outweighs settings

Algorithms find the audience on their own now. Our job is to give them material that stops the scroll.

Creatives are refreshed before fatigue

We watch frequency weekly. When it rises while conversion falls, the answer is a new series, not a higher bid.

No promises before the first test

Forecasting cost per enquiry on social without data is invention. We give it after the first testing cycle.

Why targeting and creative belong in one team

On social platforms the creative decides the result, not the account settings. When an outside contractor produces the assets, the test cycle stretches into weeks: hypothesis, email, queue, revisions. Here designers sit next to the people reading the statistics, so a new series ships in days.

01

The ad accounts stay yours

Campaigns run from your own accounts. Audiences, the pixel and accumulated history remain with you regardless.

02

A fast test cycle

In-house design shortens the path from hypothesis to launch, so the same budget tests more variants.

03

Enquiries, not reach

We optimise for conversions and count cost per deal. Reach and likes appear in the report as background, not as the result.

How we launch paid social

Hypotheses and creatives first, budget second. A campaign without message variants shows nothing but randomness.

01

Brief and hypotheses

We unpack the product, the audience and their objections, and formulate the messages we are going to test.

02

Creatives and destinations

We prepare a series of assets per hypothesis and decide where traffic goes: the site, a landing page or a lead form.

03

Launch and testing

Hypotheses run in parallel; we review cost per enquiry weekly and cut the weak combinations.

04

Scaling

Budget moves into what works. After that, creatives are refreshed on a schedule, before the audience tires of them.

Frequently asked questions about paid social

The questions that come up most often before a launch.

01

What is the minimum budget?

It depends on the sector and the cost per enquiry. The principle: a campaign has to gather enough conversions for the algorithm to learn. At the brief we calculate that threshold and say plainly if the budget falls short.

02

Instagram or TikTok?

It depends on the product and the audience. Instagram is more universal; TikTok gives cheaper reach among younger audiences. Most often we run both and compare cost per enquiry.

03

Do you produce the creatives?

We do — designers are in-house. We can also work with your materials, in which case we handle adaptation to formats and testing.

04

Do we need a website or is a lead form enough?

For simple, self-explanatory products a lead form often gives a cheaper enquiry. Complex services perform better with a dedicated page.

05

What if the enquiries are not qualified?

Usually the ad promises too broadly. We narrow the message and add qualifying questions to the form.

06

How often should creatives change?

We watch frequency and the conversion trend. Narrow audiences need refreshing sooner; broad ones let a series live longer.

07

Do you run ads from our account?

Yes. This matters: the pixel, audiences and history stay yours.

08

Can we run social only, without search?

Yes. But if your sector has established search demand we will show it in numbers, and the decision is then yours.

Paid social advertising on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

Paid social: reaching demand before it reaches search

Search captures people who have already put their need into words. Paid social works earlier: it shows the offer to people who fit the profile but have not started looking. That is why it is indispensable for new products, services with non-obvious names and sectors where demand has to be created.

Facebook and Instagram

The main platform for most sectors in Ukraine. Interest-based audiences, lookalikes built from your customer base, retargeting for people who engaged with the site or the profile. Formats run from feed and Stories to Reels and lead forms.

TikTok

The fastest growing channel by advertising demand. It runs on short video and a high tempo of testing: what wins here is not the most expensive production but the sharpest fit with the context of the feed.

Retargeting

The cheapest part of any campaign. We split audiences by depth of interest: someone who abandoned a cart and someone who visited the homepage once need different messages and different bids.

What actually decides results

The order of importance is usually the reverse of how the work gets done.

ElementHow much it matters
Creative and messagemost — it is what stops the scroll
The offera great deal — no design rescues a weak proposition
Audience settingsmoderately — algorithms now do this better than manual targeting
Bids and budgetsleast, once the first three are in order

Creatives in series, not one at a time

One layout per campaign is a bet on luck. We prepare a series: several messages and several visual approaches, launched together, keeping whatever wins on cost per enquiry. Designers are in-house, so the next batch does not wait in a contractor's queue.

Where the traffic goes

To the site, a landing page or a lead form inside the network. The choice depends on product complexity: where the decision is simple a lead form gives a cheaper enquiry; where explanation is needed a dedicated page performs better.
