Ukraine Exclusive Tours
Ukraine Exclusive Tours is an exclusive travel platform that evolved from the Chernobyl Tours project. The client decided to expand their offerings into a full tour catalog featuring helicopter rides, kayaking trips, Chernobyl expeditions, and other unique routes across Ukraine. A comprehensive platform with booking, filtering, and messenger plus CRM integrations was required.
Task
Build a web platform on Laravel and Vue.js for a catalog of exclusive tours across Ukraine. Implement filtering by type, region, and price, connect online booking, and integrate Viber, Telegram, SMS notifications, and CRM for processing inquiries.
What was done
- Architected the platform on Laravel (backend) and Vue.js (frontend) with REST API communication.
- Built a tour catalog with detailed cards, photo galleries, schedules, and pricing.
- Developed a filtering system by tour type, region, duration, and price range.
- Created an online booking module with date selection, participant count, and add-on options.
- Integrated Viber and Telegram notifications for instant manager alerts on new bookings.
- Connected SMS messaging for booking confirmations and client reminders.
- Configured lead transfer to CRM with automatic deal and contact creation.
- Developed an admin panel for managing tours, pricing, schedules, and content.
- Implemented multilingual support to attract international tourists.
- Added an interactive map displaying tour routes and points of interest.
- Performed performance optimization with caching and lazy loading of images.
- Ensured SEO optimization with dynamic meta tag generation for each tour.
