Frequently asked questions
How much do web studio services in Kyiv cost?
We bill by the hourly rate of our specialists, starting from 25 dollars. A simple web solution costs from 500 dollars, while a large project with integrations and several languages can reach tens of thousands. We name the exact figure, with a list of work and deadlines, after the brief.
How does payment work?
We split the work into stages and spread the payment across them accordingly.
What do you need to get started?
Just tell us about the task and fill in the brief. A written specification is not required: if you do not have one, we will draw it up together.
How long does website development take?
It depends on scope. A one-page business site takes from three weeks, a corporate site from six, an online store we scope separately after the brief.
Who works on the project at the web studio?
Designers, markup specialists, developers, QA engineers, web analysts and SEO specialists are all in-house at Adcore, so one team runs the project from brief to launch. Briefings, design approvals and demos take place online or at our office.
I already have a website. Can you work with it?
Yes. We start by reviewing the current site and give you our conclusion: what is worth improving and what is cheaper to rebuild. The decision is yours, with our estimate in hand.
Can I order design only or development only?
Yes. We do both the full cycle and separate stages: research, prototype, design, or development from finished mockups.
How is your web studio different from others?
Experience across industries: we have seen which solutions work and we do not propose technology for its own sake. Responsibility for the result stays with us instead of being split between contractors.
What happens after the site launches?
We hand over the access, train your team and stay in touch. Further support and improvements are arranged as a separate service.
Will you help promote the site after launch?
Yes. Adcore runs SEO and advertising in Google Ads and Meta Ads, so the site and its promotion can be ordered from one team. We hold official Google Premier Partner status.
Do you only work in Kyiv?
Our office is in Kyiv, but we are not limited by geography: we work with clients across Ukraine and abroad. We hold meetings online, or at our office on Sichovykh Striltsiv Street when needed.

What a web studio does
A web studio is a team that runs a website through every stage: it researches the niche, plans the structure, designs the interface, writes the code, connects analytics and stays on support after launch. A single contractor closes one task, a studio answers for the whole result. As a website development studio, Adcore has worked since 2012, has 24 specialists in-house, has completed over 600 projects, and our average client relationship runs longer than five years.
What kinds of websites a web studio builds
The type of site determines everything else: budget, timeline and scope of work. We build:
- landing pages — for a single service or ad campaign;
- corporate sites — with company information, portfolio and a blog;
- online stores — with a catalogue, cart and payments;
- web services — with a personal account and custom logic;
- PWAs — a site that behaves like an app on a phone without being published in app stores.
If you have not settled on a type yet, that is fine. At the brief we break down the task and show which solution closes it for less. Sometimes a catalogue with an order form replaces a full store, and sometimes the opposite: a landing page will not carry the load you are planning.
How the work goes: from brief to launch
A website development studio works in stages, and each stage closes with your approval before the next one starts.
- Brief and research. We break down the task, study competitors and the queries people use to find you. The outcome is a clear view of which pages are needed and what goes on them.
- Structure and prototype. We agree on the list of pages and how blocks sit on each one. This is not design yet but a scheme where changes are cheap.
- Design. We draw layouts for every screen, from a large monitor to a phone. Files are handed over with the site and remain yours.
- Markup and development. We assemble the site, connect the content management system and set up integrations with CRM, payment providers and delivery services.
- Content and testing. We move the content in, check forms, loading speed and how the site behaves on phones.
- Launch and handover. We hand over access, train your team to work with the admin panel and stay in touch.
How long development takes
There is no single answer, but the timeline is made of predictable parts. Five things shape it.
- Number of pages. Ten standard pages come together faster than three complex ones with custom layout.
- Whether a design already exists. If layouts are ready, the design stage drops out entirely.
- Number of integrations. Connecting accounting, payments and delivery can take longer than the rest of the site.
- How fast content arrives. Projects most often stall on texts and photographs that do not yet exist on the client side.
- Number of approval rounds. One decision maker on your side speeds the work up more than any process optimisation.
As a guide: a one-page business site takes from three weeks, a corporate site from six. Online stores and web services we scope separately after the brief, because there the timeline is set by logic rather than by page count.
What technologies we build on
We pick the platform for the task, not out of team habit. Off-the-shelf solutions save time and budget; custom development is for cases where a ready-made platform hits its ceiling.
Ready-made platforms
- WordPress — when you need a site your content manager edits without a developer. A fit for corporate sites, blogs and catalogues.
- WooCommerce — a shop on top of WordPress: handy when the product range is moderate and you want catalogue and content in one admin panel.
- OkayCMS — a Ukrainian platform for online shops when you need standard commerce features without long development from scratch.
- OpenCart — a shop that needs its own cart and checkout logic on top of a ready core.
- Shopify — when a fast launch and a reliable storefront matter more: the platform handles hosting, payments and updates.
- Magento — a large catalogue and complex commerce logic: several warehouses, wholesale pricing, multiple markets.
- Joomla — sites for organisations and catalogues with a branching section structure, plus support for projects already running on it.
- Webflow — landing and promo pages when you need rich animation and a quick launch with no backend of your own.
Custom development
- Laravel and Yii2 — when the logic goes beyond ready-made solutions: personal accounts, calculations, complex integrations with an accounting system, non-standard scenarios.
- React and Next.js — front end for sites and web services where speed matters: pages are served ready-rendered, so they index well.
- React Native and Expo — a mobile app for iOS and Android from a single codebase, when a website is no longer enough.
Migration from an old platform to a new one is a job of its own. The point is not to lose what the site has already earned: we carry over the URL structure, meta tags, headings and texts unchanged, and set 301 redirects for the old CMS service URLs.
We explain the choice before we start, so you understand why it is this way and what it means for support later on.

How much a website costs and what the price depends on
We bill by the hourly rate of our specialists, starting at 25 dollars. The total is hours multiplied by the rate, so it depends on the complexity of the project rather than on a price list.
A simple web solution can cost from 500 dollars. A large ecosystem with integrations, a personal account and several languages runs into tens of thousands. After the brief we prepare an estimate with a list of work and timelines, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
A templated solution is cheaper at the start, but every later change is billed separately, and the final sum often exceeds custom development.
Once the site is built, the next question is how people will find it. Promotion is a separate cost and works differently: none of it goes to an ad account, all of it is people’s time. Market prices, payment models and timelines are set out in what SEO costs in Ukraine.
Industries we have already worked in
A developer's website and a pharmacy chain's website call for different approaches: different decision cycles, different data requirements and different advertising rules. We have run projects for property developers, agribusiness, finance, pharmaceuticals, medical centres and for small and medium businesses.
Experience in a niche saves you time on explanations: we do not ask why your field forbids promising results, and we know which approvals lie ahead.
How a studio differs from a freelancer and an in-house developer
A freelancer does their part. If you need design, markup, backend and analytics, you hire several people and coordinate them yourself, and tasks nobody owns appear at the seams.
An in-house developer handles current tasks but is rarely a designer, a markup specialist and an analyst at once. Hiring a full team makes sense when the website is your product rather than a sales tool.
A studio takes the whole project. In our case the site is built by UX/UI designers, markup specialists, frontend and backend developers, QA engineers and web analysts, all in-house, so the timeline depends on our planning rather than on somebody else's schedule.
A web studio in Kyiv and across Ukraine
We are a web studio from Kyiv, our office is on Sichovykh Striltsiv Street, 21. But we are not limited by geography: we work with clients across Ukraine and abroad, and the site runs in four languages.
How we work does not depend on where you are. Briefs, layout approvals and demos happen online, and you are welcome at the office whenever it suits you.
