Sporuda Development Group builds cottage communities near Kyiv: townhouses, duplexes, and houses. Seven projects, thousands of square meters, years of established reputation. Yet the company's website did not match the quality of what they build. A home purchase is one of the most significant decisions a person makes, and the first interaction with a developer often happens in a browser. SDG needed a website that earns trust before the first phone call: emotional, rich with video and architectural photography, featuring an interactive project map and a seamless inquiry system.
Task
Execute the full cycle of a real estate developer website: from prototyping and UX research to final design and WordPress development. The site must showcase a portfolio of seven cottage communities with filtering by type and construction status, dedicated pages for each project with statistics, floor plans, and CTAs. Integrate inquiry forms with the developer's CRM, leverage video content for emotional engagement, and deliver a fully responsive mobile experience.
What was done
  • Conducted UX research of the target audience and competitive analysis of the Kyiv region cottage community market to define the site structure.
  • Created interactive prototypes for all key pages, mapping user scenarios from first visit to scheduling a property viewing.
  • Developed an emotionally driven design concept centered on architectural photography: full-screen hero blocks with project videos and photos that immerse visitors in the atmosphere of each community.
  • Designed the homepage with vertical project navigation and an interactive map of seven communities near Kyiv, featuring pop-up cards on hover with project descriptions.
  • Built a project catalog with filtering by status (completed, under construction) and property type (townhouses, duplexes, apartments, houses) with completion percentage badges.
  • Created a project page template with a statistics block (area, unit count, floor plan types), hero imagery, a "Schedule a viewing" CTA, and a downloadable PDF presentation.
  • Developed an advantages section with numbered feature blocks (materials, energy efficiency, design) and a scrolling ticker of nearby infrastructure to convey a complete living environment.
  • Integrated drone footage video content into the "About the company" section to visualize the scale of development.
  • Deployed the site on WordPress with a custom admin panel for independent management of projects, news, promotions, and content pages.
  • Configured integration of all inquiry forms with the developer's CRM: every viewing request or callback is automatically logged in the sales team's system.
  • Delivered responsive layouts with a dedicated mobile approach: large tap targets, statistics cards, horizontal scrolling, and simplified information hierarchy.
Result
With digital agency Adcore, Sporuda Development Group received a website that serves as the primary sales tool for their real estate portfolio. Emotional storytelling through video and architectural photography builds trust in the developer before a single site visit, the interactive map provides instant clarity on project locations, and every inquiry automatically flows into the sales team's CRM with zero risk of a lost lead. WordPress empowers the developer's team to independently add new projects and update construction statuses without involving developers.
