Autoservice A20
A20 is a full-cycle auto service center in Kyiv covering over a dozen service areas: from diagnostics and maintenance to engine, transmission, and suspension repair. The site ran on Drupal with accumulated SEO authority and search rankings, but its outdated design and slow loading drove visitors away - traffic came in, but service bookings stayed low. A migration to WordPress with a full redesign was needed, but without losing the hard-earned positions - every URL, every heading, every piece of content had to stay intact from an SEO perspective.
Task
Migrate the auto service website from Drupal to WordPress while preserving the SEO structure: URLs, meta tags, headings, and content. Deliver a modern redesign with conversion architecture for ad traffic. Integrate CRM, call tracking, and a Telegram bot for leads. Set up end-to-end analytics with dataLayer events, schema.org microdata, A/B testing, and page load optimization.
What was done
- Completed full migration from Drupal to WordPress preserving all SEO assets: URL structure, meta tags, H1-H3 headings, and page content transferred unchanged, with 301 redirects configured for Drupal system URLs.
- Delivered a modern redesign in the brand's red-and-white palette with conversion-focused elements: "Book Online" CTA in the header and at every content section throughout the page.
- Built structured service pages by category: diagnostics, maintenance, fuel system, wheel alignment, suspension repair, auto electrical, engine repair, automatic/manual transmission - each with a service list and CTA.
- Implemented a pricing page with sidebar category navigation and a "Book" button next to each service for instant booking of a specific job.
- Integrated CRM with automatic lead submission and parallel Telegram bot notifications for instant manager alerts.
- Connected call tracking with dynamic number insertion for tracking calls from each advertising channel.
- Set up end-to-end analytics: Google Analytics with dataLayer events for every form, CTA, and phone click, Facebook Pixel with conversion tracking.
- Implemented schema.org microdata: AutoRepair for the primary entity, LocalBusiness for local search, FAQPage for the FAQ section, Review for customer testimonials.
- Ran a series of A/B tests: CTA block variations, section order, and copy - selecting the highest-converting variant based on ad traffic data.
- Built a customer review carousel with ratings and dates for trust building.
- Page load optimization: image compression, lazy loading, CSS/JS minification, server-side caching - load times reduced dramatically compared to the Drupal version.
- Responsive design with mobile UX: click-to-call, messenger icons in the header, simplified navigation, and forms optimized for phone input.
