ANDRE TAN is one of the most recognizable Ukrainian fashion brands, offering designer clothing for women, men, and kids. The brand already runs an online store, and a mobile app was the next logical step. We prepared a design concept: how the ANDRE TAN store should look and feel on a phone.

Task

Adapt the shopping experience from the website to a mobile app. Not just shrink the pages to a smaller screen, but rethink the customer journey around mobile habits: fast search, minimal steps to the cart, and a visual focus on collections. The design had to keep the brand's signature style: black-and-white aesthetics, typography, and the mood of a fashion house.

What was done
  • Designed a complete UI/UX concept for the mobile app: from the splash screen to checkout.
  • Developed the catalog structure with Her / Him / Kids sections, clothing categories, and capsule collections (including ANDRE TAN X MOI SOFISM).
  • Designed a product page with a full-screen photo: the clothing takes up the entire screen, while color and size selection does not cover the look.
  • Designed search with visual photo search: the user takes a picture of an item and finds a similar one in the catalog.
  • Worked out a wishlist with switchable grid view, plus a cart with promo codes and quick editing of size and color.
  • Designed sign-in via Apple, Google, and Facebook and a personal account with order history.
  • Included banner blocks for seasonal campaigns and sales on the home screen.
Result

The client received a ready-to-use app design concept: well-thought-out user scenarios, all key screens, and interaction logic. The concept can go straight into development with no additional design phase. The design preserves the ANDRE TAN brand DNA and adapts the website customers know into a fast mobile shopping experience.
