King Moving Colorado is a full-service moving company in Colorado offering packing, loading, storage, and local and long-distance moves. The US moving services market is highly competitive - customers choose from dozens of companies based on top Google results and Yelp reviews. The company needed a website that looks as professional as the major market players, generates quote requests, and builds trust through real customer reviews.
Task
Prototype, design UX/UI, and build a WordPress business website for a moving company in the US market. Create a conversion-focused structure centered on Request Quote, integrate CRM for lead processing, connect Google and Yelp reviews, and perform local SEO optimization for the Colorado market. Deliver responsive design and speed optimization.
What was done
- Prototyped with competitive analysis of the Colorado moving industry and conversion scenario development for residential and commercial clients.
- Designed a custom visual identity in the brand palette (navy blue, white, terracotta) featuring professional team photography and branded vehicles.
- Built a WordPress site with conversion architecture: dual CTA on every screen - "Request Quote" (primary conversion) and "Call Now" (instant contact).
- Implemented a detailed Request Quote form: move type, origin and destination addresses, date, volume - qualifying leads before the first call.
- Integrated Jobber CRM for automated lead processing: every inquiry enters the system with full context, and the manager is notified instantly to prepare an estimate.
- Connected Google and Yelp reviews with ratings and client avatars for on-site social proof.
- Created structured service pages: Packing & Unpacking, Loading & Unloading, Storage Solutions, Local & Long-Distance Moves - each with descriptions, photos, and CTA.
- Implemented click-to-call and WhatsApp integration for instant mobile contact.
- Performed local SEO optimization: structured data for LocalBusiness and MovingCompany, geo-query optimization for "moving company Colorado" and "movers near me", Google Business Profile integration.
- Built an FAQ section with schema.org FAQPage markup for Google featured snippets eligibility.
- Speed optimization: image compression, lazy loading, CSS/JS minification, caching.
- Mobile-first responsive design: enlarged call and WhatsApp buttons in the header, simplified navigation, forms optimized for phone input.
