Manhattan City

UXUIDesignWebReal estate
Manhattan City, three 36-storey business-class towers in the center of Kyiv designed by A. Pashenko bureau, renowned for Ocean Plaza and 101 Tower. The developer needed more than a visual refresh of the existing site. The previous version was underperforming on paid traffic, losing leads, and failing to give the sales team a complete picture of incoming inquiries.
Task
Fully redesign and develop the residential complex website with a mobile-first approach, a bespoke premium design, an apartment layout catalog with filtering, a video tour, interactive sections for benefits and construction stages. Set up event-based analytics, integrate a CRM with lead backup to Google Sheets, implement bilingual support (UA/EN), and arrange ongoing monitoring and technical support.
What was done
  • Conducted a UX audit of the previous site version, identified funnel bottlenecks, and designed a new conversion-focused structure with sequential immersion: hero with video tour, complex advantages, architect, infrastructure, layouts, construction stages, developer credentials, and contacts.
  • Created a design concept with dark tones and gold-bronze accents that reinforce the business-class positioning. Implemented a Day/Night toggle for the hero section with daytime and nighttime renders of the complex.
  • Executed markup on a mobile-first basis: optimized for smartphones first, then scaled to tablets and desktop, ensuring the highest interaction quality on mobile devices where the majority of paid traffic originates.
  • Built an apartment layout catalog with filtering by room count and area, a carousel, and detailed floor plans for each layout type.
  • Designed an architect block featuring A. Pashenko with a portfolio of landmark projects (Tetris Hall, IQ Business Center, Ocean Plaza) to reinforce construction quality trust.
  • Developed an interactive benefits section with numbered cards and full-bleed photography: architecture, panoramic views, rooftop lounge, YODEZEEN interior design, central location.
  • Integrated a CRM system for automatic lead capture from "Plan a visit" and "Order a call back" forms. Configured parallel backup of every inquiry to Google Sheets to prevent lead loss.
  • Deployed an event-based analytics model: tracking CTA clicks, form opens, scroll depth, video views, and layout catalog interactions to evaluate advertising campaign performance.
  • Implemented a construction stages section with a timeline and a developer section with a gallery of completed projects to address reliability concerns.
  • Configured a bilingual interface (UA/EN) with user language preference persistence across sessions.
  • Optimized load speed: render and photo compression, lazy loading of media, resource minification to maintain low bounce rates on paid traffic.
  • Arranged ongoing site uptime monitoring and technical support with prompt response to content, pricing, and construction status update requests.

Result
After the redesign and funnel optimization by the internet marketing agency, the site demonstrated a substantial increase in lead conversion compared to the previous version. Dual lead capture via CRM and Google Sheets completely eliminated inquiry loss, while event-based analytics equipped the marketing team with a tool for precise evaluation of each advertising channel. The mobile-first approach ensured stable funnel performance on smartphones, which account for the vast majority of paid traffic in the real estate niche.
