ТRIIINITY
TRIIINITY, a premium club residential complex in Kyiv's Pechersk district by Seven Hills. The developer's image-focused website served a representational purpose but failed to deliver effective lead generation from advertising channels. To boost sales, a dedicated conversion landing page was needed, focused on rapid funnel optimization, end-to-end analytics, and regular buyer updates through video construction reports.
Task
Develop a conversion landing page as an alternative to the image website with a bespoke premium design, embedded video construction reports, a layout catalog, CRM integration, and end-to-end analytics. Optimize load speed and ensure full mobile responsiveness.
What was done
- Designed a conversion-focused landing page structure with rapid immersion: hero section with complex visualizations, key advantages, apartment layouts, video construction reports, and contact blocks.
- Created a bespoke design in dark tones with warm accents, aligned with the club premium positioning.
- Built a video construction report section with an embedded player, regularly updated to reinforce buyer confidence in project progress.
- Developed a layout catalog with an interactive Swiper.js carousel and detailed views for each apartment type.
- Integrated a CRM for automatic lead capture from contact forms with UTM tag and traffic source forwarding for precise attribution.
- Configured end-to-end analytics via Google Tag Manager with an event-based model: CTA clicks, video report views, layout catalog interactions, form submissions.
- Implemented Schema.org structured data (RealEstateListing) for improved search result presentation.
- Performed speed optimization: WebP image conversion with fallback, media lazy loading, resource minification and bundling.
- Ensured full mobile responsiveness with dedicated refinement of video sections, sliders, and forms across all devices.
- Arranged ongoing technical support with regular video report and content updates per marketing team requests.
