CRM marketing

Base segmentation, trigger flows and campaigns that bring repeat sales. We count revenue and LTV, not email opens.

What CRM marketing includes

Work with the base you already have: from segmentation to automated flows that run without daily involvement.

Base segmentation

Contacts are split by behaviour rather than gender and city: recency, frequency, value, product categories.

RFMSegmentsBehaviour

Trigger flows

Abandoned cart, first order, purchase anniversary, silence. Automation that brings orders every day.

TriggersAutomation

Regular campaigns

A content plan useful to the reader rather than a calendar of discounts. Subject line and opening screen are tested separately.

EmailContent plan

Reactivation

A separate scenario for lapsed customers: an offer, a question about why they left, and a clean unsubscribe for those who do not need it.

Segments into advertising

Audiences are exported to Google and Meta: lookalikes of your best customers, exclusions for those who already bought.

AudiencesExclusions

Revenue reporting

Channel revenue, share of repeat orders and average order value by segment. Opens remain a diagnostic metric.

Our clients’ results

We build long-term partnerships — and the numbers speak for themselves: our average client relationship lasts 5 years, and our partners' financial results grow quarter after quarter.

How we work

We do not buy lists and we do not send without consent. It damages the domain, the sender reputation and trust in the brand at once.

Less often, more precisely

One email to the right segment beats four to the whole base. The second approach produces unsubscribes and little else.

Unsubscribing must be easy

A hidden unsubscribe link does not retain anyone; it turns the email into a spam complaint, which harms the delivery of everything that follows.

Consent and a clean base only

We work with contacts who opted in themselves. Purchased lists destroy deliverability faster than they bring orders.

Why CRM marketing belongs alongside advertising

The base and the advertising address the same people. Without a shared loop you pay for impressions shown to someone who bought yesterday, and you never use the profile of your best customers to find similar ones. With both channels in one team, segments move in both directions: from the base into advertising as audiences, from advertising into the base as new contacts.

01

Not paying to reach existing buyers

Customer segments are exported to ad accounts as exclusions. It is the simplest saving there is, and almost nobody gets round to it.

02

Lookalikes built from your best customers

The profile of those who spend most is the sharpest basis for a lookalike, and that data sits in the CRM rather than the ad account.

03

One report

Revenue from campaigns and from advertising in a single dashboard. You can see which channel acquires and which retains.

How we launch CRM marketing

First we look at what the base already contains, and only then design scenarios. The simplest flow often delivers the largest effect.

01

Audit of the base and data

We assess size, freshness and consent, and check what purchase data is available for segmentation.

02

Segments and scenarios

We build the segments and describe which message each receives and on what condition.

03

Trigger launch

We configure the automation, test every scenario on live data and monitor deliverability.

04

Ongoing work

A content plan, tests of subject lines and offers, and a monthly report on revenue and repeat orders.

Frequently asked questions about CRM marketing

The questions that come up most often before we start.

01

Our base has a few thousand contacts. Is that enough?

For trigger flows, yes. For regular campaigns the effect depends less on size than on how genuinely those contacts are your customers.

02

Does email still work in 2026?

It does, but not as a mass mailing. Trigger emails responding to customer behaviour convert several times better than general campaigns, which is exactly why we start with them.

03

We have no CRM, only a spreadsheet. Will you take it on?

Yes, a spreadsheet is a workable start. But triggers and revenue reporting will eventually need a system — we say so at the outset rather than six months in.

04

Who writes the emails?

We do. Or we work with your editor, supplying the structure, the segment and the objective for each message.

05

Can we use messengers instead of email?

Yes. Viber and Telegram outperform email in some sectors. The channel is chosen for the audience, not for fashion.

06

How soon are there results?

Trigger flows start producing orders within the first week after launch. The effect of regular segment work becomes visible in two to three months.

07

What about an old base that never responds?

Reactivation first, with an honest offer and an easy way out. Anything that stays silent after two attempts is better excluded — it only harms deliverability.

08

Do you set up the CRM itself?

That is a separate service — system implementation. CRM marketing works with the base you already have, in your system or in a mailing service.

CRM marketing: retention and repeat sales

CRM marketing: the money already in your database

Acquiring a new customer costs several times more than bringing back someone who has already bought. Yet in most companies the contact base sits idle, used twice a year when someone decides to «send out a promotion». CRM marketing turns that list into a managed channel with its own cost per order and its own payback.

What the work consists of

  • Segmentation — the base is split by behaviour: recent buyers, lapsed customers, people who looked but did not buy, regulars.
  • Trigger flows — automated emails on an action or its absence: abandoned cart, first order, three months of silence.
  • Regular campaigns — useful, not only promotional. A newsletter people open is built on substance.
  • Reactivation — separate work with those who stopped buying, including finding out why.
  • Link to advertising — base segments are exported to ad accounts as audiences and exclusions.

Why mass mailings stopped working

One email to the whole base produces a predictable response: a handful of opens and a rise in unsubscribes. The reason is not that email «died» but that people receive dozens of such messages a week. The opposite works — less often, but more precisely.

What we measure

Opens and clicks are diagnostic figures — they tell you about the subject line and little else. We judge the channel by revenue from campaigns, the share of repeat orders and the change in average order value by segment. That is why CRM marketing needs a link to sales data, not just access to a mailing service.

When this will not work

If the base was collected long ago without consent and the product is bought once in a lifetime, investment in CRM marketing will not pay back. We say so at the brief, not after three months of work.

Who we have worked with

Agency clients include Hyundai, Heineken, Kärcher, PepsiCo, Silpo and Materia Medica, along with retail and clinic networks. Cases are collected in the portfolio.
